SAT Exam 

SAT is held four times a year by its conducting body – College Board for International Candidates. This organization was established in the year 1899 with the sole aim to promote higher education among students.

SAT aims to evaluate the quant, verbal, and written skills of the students. The questions are asked in the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format. It is held in pen and paper mode.

Mathematics

The SAT Mathematics section gauges your proficiency in solving mathematical problems. It covers a range of topics to analyze and solve real-world mathematical problems.
This section is further divided into two sub-sections, which are: A 25-minute section in which students are not allowed to use calculators
A 55-minute section in which students are allowed to use calculators There are 58 questions based on the topics – Geometry, Algebra, Data Interpretation, etc.

The College Board has not set any eligibility requirement for the students of SAT. Usually, high school students – the students of Class 11th and 12th – take the SAT exam to get admission to prestigious foreign universities.
