Scholastic Assessment Test

To get admission into colleges and universities, students are required to clear an entrance test. Based on those scores, a merit list is prepared. SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is nothing but an entrance test, which is accepted by most major US universities, namely, Texas A&M University, Harvard University, Arizona State University, Stanford University, etc. It is organized by College Board

Exam Structure

This test aims to evaluate the quant, verbal, and written skills of the students. It is MCQ based and is currently held in pen-and-paper mode. It is three hours long and has three sections:

Reading

In the SAT exam, the Reading section evaluates your ability to comprehend and analyze written passages. Success in this section requires adeptness in interpreting diverse texts and answering questions that assess critical thinking and textual understanding.
