I lead my sessions by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to express themselves freely. I strive to cultivate a safe space that encourages open communication, allowing them to share their thoughts, ideas, and feelings with confidence. My approach ensures that every student feels heard, valued, and motivated to participate actively in their learning journey.
I feel that my greatest strengths are, firstly my strong commitment to teaching to highest possible standards and secondly my desire to do everything possible to ensure that my pupil not only meets his study requirement but also be a socially conscious and responsible adult in the later years of his life.
Strategies I Use: My classroom is generally student-centric and learner where each of learner has the opportunity to showcase their own talent along with their own weakness. My lessons are tailored to suit each learner’s learning style as I do not believe in a “one style fits all” philosophy.
